We need an experienced leader and strategist who knows how to take ownership, optimize processes, and guide projects to success while also driving business development. If you have 10+ years in Telecommunications-Utility construction, expertise in bidding, estimating, and managing projects ($3M and above), and a talent for building strong client relationships, we want you on our team

• Expertise in Telecom & Electrical Estimating Strong bid work and unit price contract experience.
• Business Development Skills Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and foster client relationships.
• Project Management Mastery Proven experience in leading and delivering projects successfully from start to finish.
• Tech-Savvy Proficiency with contract status reports, Excel, estimating software, and project management tools.
• Financial & Budgeting Skills Forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Strong Communication & Leadership Ability to collaborate effectively, lead teams, and engage with clients confidently.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset Ability to assess challenges, develop solutions, and streamline project processes.
• Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge Familiarity with permitting processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Security Clearance & Base Pass Must be eligible to obtain Military Security Clearance (if applicable).
• Valid Professional References Must provide three references from previous companies where you reported directly to a manager or supervisor.
