Donovan Brothers Inc. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee preconstruction planning, cost control, contract administration, and successful project execution across a diverse portfolio of commercial construction work. This is a high-impact leadership role where your expertise in construction management and passion for teamwork will shape complex projects from $5M to $30M in scope across the region. You'll work directly with leadership and have access to decision-makers, with fewer layers of red tape and more autonomy.

Lead all phases of assigned commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.

Manage project budgets, schedules, RFIs, and submittals.

Oversee buyout, subcontractor negotiations, and procurement.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams.

Monitor project costs and implement value engineering solutions.

Mentor and support Project Engineers and Junior PMs.

Ensure compliance with project scopes, timelines, and safety protocols.

Provide clear reporting and communication to stakeholders and ownership.

10+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a general contractor.

Proven track record managing $5M$30M ground-up or tenant improvement projects.

Strong understanding of contracts, budgets, and project scheduling.

Proficiency with Foundation, Procore, MS Project, Excel, Bluebeam, and Planswift preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
