Responsibilities:
  1. Provide end-user support for manufacturing applications and IT infrastructure.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain standard and customized applications.
  3. Support and maintain network and telecommunication equipment (routers, switches, VoIP phones, wireless access points).
  4. Coordinate problem resolution, ensuring timely stakeholder communication and escalation.
  5. Work with vendors to manage and implement business-specific applications.
  6. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
  7. Define and document support processes.
  8. Participate in team efforts for service restoration and standards compliance.
  9. Drive continuous improvement by recommending preventive measures.

Technical Requirements:
  • End User Support: Windows 7/10, Office 2016/365, SharePoint, service desk portal management.
  • Hardware: Printers, scanners, label printers, computer accessories.
  • Networking: Troubleshooting LAN, switch cabling, wired/wireless networks, IP phone setup.
  • Applications: Experience with server and desktop-integrated applications.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of IT Support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS & Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams conferencing.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to new applications.
