Job Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for accounting and finance applications.
- Manage user setup, termination, and access controls in Quorum and related systems.
- Support and maintain integrations for Concur.
- Resolve incidents and ensure timely break/fix solutions.
- Follow established IT, SOX, and SOC compliance processes.
- Partner with Finance and IT teams to enhance application performance and workflows.
- Provide general SAP support related to accounting processes
- Experience with Concur or OpenInvoice (or equivalent financial/accounting systems).
- Experience with Quorum for user setup/termination or similar enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and user workflows.
- Familiarity with SAP in an energy or similar industry environment.
- Knowledge of IT controls, SOX compliance, and SOC standards.
