Your Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • INBOUND: Efficiently receive and organize goods from suppliers into designated areas.
  • OUTBOUND: Accurately select and pack customer orders in various temperature-controlled zones.
  • DISPATCH: Assist in the loading and movement of customer orders within the fulfillment center.
  • Meet or exceed productivity goals and performance targets.
  • Adapt quickly to various roles within the inbound, outbound, and dispatch areas.
  • Address minor operational challenges and engage Leadership for support as necessary.
  • Follow established quality and accuracy protocols for an exemplary customer experience.
  • Adhere to all operational processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Comply with safety and food safety standards, reporting any equipment issues or safety concerns.
  • Offer constructive feedback to Leadership to promote continuous improvement.
  • Be prepared to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility in job assignments and scheduling.
  • The ability to understand basic numerical data.
  • A proven track record of meeting operational targets.
  • Basic computer skills related to operational systems.
