A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT WORKER

As a Part Time Individual Support Worker at Owen Health Care, you will play a pivotal role in assisting behavioral therapists to create effective behavioral therapy programs tailored to children and adolescents. Your responsibilities will include implementing individualized service plans, providing behavioral interventions in a home setting, and actively managing youth with behavioral challenges.
