What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily operations of the aggregate plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity
- Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and quality control processes
- Manage and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
- Monitor and optimize plant performance using data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a production or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of aggregate production processes and equipment
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
This role is based in a plant environment with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heavy machinery, and varying noise levels. The position requires walking, standing, and climbing in operational areas.
