Position: SaaS Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, refine, and implement a sales strategy in your assigned territory, focusing on acquiring new clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, acting as the driving force from prospecting to closing new accounts in your region.
  • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities using diverse tools and resources.
  • Utilize solution selling techniques to uncover clients' core challenges and present impactful value propositions.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of SiliconExpert's core offerings and stay informed about the competitive landscape.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including partnerships, marketing, customer success, and fellow sales representatives, to achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SaaS field sales; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the electronic components industry and/or SaaS solutions in the supply chain sector.
  • Experience selling data, analytics, or AI software is an advantage.
  • Keen awareness of the assigned market including customers and competitors.
  • Capability to develop strategic sales plans tailored to your territory while effectively marketing SiliconExpert's offerings.
  • Proven track record in selling comprehensive solutions rather than standalone products.
  • Experience in engaging with technical and engineering teams in vendor and customer interactions, particularly within a supply chain context.
  • Skill in preparing detailed internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and presenting strategic initiatives for growth and improved customer service, along with facilitating regular QBRs with major clients to unlock further sales opportunities.
  • Familiarity with sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com or Oracle is essential.
  • A naturally curious, emotionally intelligent self-starter eager to drive change and challenge the status quo.
  • This role requires a travel commitment to Arrow office locations as requested.

Work Arrangement:

Fully Remote; travel to the closest designated Arrow office may be required for work-related purposes.

Salary Range: $101,200.00 - $150,153.04 annually.

Location: US-CO-Colorado (Remote Employees). Please note that remote employees may need to be present at the nearest Arrow office as per management's discretion.
