** What You’ll Be Doing:**

  • Meet with homeowners whose properties have storm damage.
  • Guide them through the insurance-covered roof replacement process.
  • Conduct roof/property inspections and document damage.
  • Knock doors, generate leads, and set appointments.
  • Close deals and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Represent EcoShield in the field and the community.

** Who We’re Looking For:**

  • Former athletes, military, or anyone with a gritty , competitive mindset.
  • Motivated learners who take direction well and bring consistent effort.
  • Individuals who show up, stay consistent, and take feedback well.
  • People who don’t need their hand held and thrive in fast-paced roles.
  • Must have a personal vehicle , valid driver’s license , and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

** Compensation**

  • ** First Year:** $6,000 – $13,500/month
  • ** Second Year:** $8,000 – $17,000/month
  • ** Third Year +:** $250,000+/year as we expand into windows, gutters & turf
