Job Description:
Campus Recruiter contractor to support the People Group. Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies at assigned universities to drive a high-quality applicant pool.
- Seeking out innovative opportunities and fostering relationships at assigned universities to positively build the employment brand as a destination for top talent and attract new pipelines of talent with desired skill sets.
- Leveraging Handshake and LinkedIn Recruiter to execute targeted candidate sourcing efforts for both early talent (1-2 years of experience) and current students
- Maintaining engagement with candidates from assigned universities throughout the recruitment process, reviewing resumes, live screening candidates, extending verbal and written offers, driving offer conversion, and engaging through the start date and beyond
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand and fine-tune candidate profiles and efficiently move candidates through the hiring process with the best possible experience
- Maintaining compliance with and being a champion for EEO laws related to the recruitment process when developing recruitment strategies and representing the client.
