Serve as the primary liaison between business divisions and campus recruiting, advising on hiring needs, market trends, and providing regular updates and hiring summaries to divisional and firmwide stakeholders.
  • Event & Program Management:
Plan and execute both firmwide and division-specific events, including summer internship programs, divisional networking sessions, and one-off recruiting initiatives. Coordinate and staff divisional representation at campus events, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Candidate Engagement:

  • Brand Ambassador:
Represent Goldman Sachs at university events, conferences, and networking functions, showcasing our culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Market Expertise:
Stay informed on industry trends, talent movements, and competitive hiring landscapes to proactively adapt and improve campus recruitment strategies.
What We're Looking For
  • Passion for Talent: Genuinely excited by the opportunity to connect with talented individuals and help them unlock their potential and long-term careers.
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to clearly articulate opportunities and create compelling narratives.
  • Relationship Builder: Excel at creating trust-based relationships with candidates and colleagues at all levels.
