Key Responsibilities

  • Develop client relationships through face-to-face and virtual methods, including networking and referrals.
  • Understand clients' needs and create personalized financial strategies to meet their goals.
  • Ensure a high-quality client experience by overseeing branch processes and compliance.
  • Collaborate with branch team members to enhance business effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of trust, respect, and accountability within the branch.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong interest in financial services and markets.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience in financial services.
  • Experience in sales or financial services.
  • Relevant financial licensing or certifications.
  • A record of professional or military accomplishments.

Licensing Requirements

  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses are required.
  • FINRA registrations must be obtained within three months of hiring.
  • State insurance licenses are also required.
  • Ongoing training is mandated to maintain licensure.
