Key Skills and Experience:

  • Expert knowledge of the Veeva data model, including documents, records, and metadata.

  • Proficient in grooming data migration requirements in JIRA and leading data migration strategies, tools, and best practices for transitioning data to Veeva.

  • Strong ability to analyze and map existing data sources to the Veeva Vault structure.

  • In-depth knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools for effective data migration.

  • Hands-on experience with Vault Loader and related APIs.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving data migration issues and discrepancies.

  • Sound understanding of data quality assessment and data cleansing methodologies.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards related to data handling in the Life Sciences domain.

  • Familiarity with data verification practices.

  • Experience working in Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of Life Sciences/CPG domain projects and SDLC documentation for GxP projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience working with Veeva Vault Quality.

  • Experience with Quality Management processes such as NC, CAPA, Change Control, Audit, and Complaints within the Life Sciences/CPG industry.
