Introduction
Join our dynamic team where you will directly support and execute performance testing activities within both QA and production environments. Collaborate with delivery teams and IT specialists to ensure our systems meet performance and non-functional requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Minimum 7 years of experience with a variety of performance testing techniques, including single user profiling, spike, stress, endurance, and failover testing
- Strong analytical skills to assess risks and define performance testing approaches
- Ability to collaborate with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams
- Experience in both agile and waterfall project environments
- Familiarity with industry-standard technology and service levels
- Proven track record of implementing engineering suggestions to improve system efficiencies
- Execute day-to-day performance testing activities
- Analyze and recommend improvements to increase system responsiveness
- Ensure technology aligns with industry standards and project requirements
