We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist I to join our team in providing exceptional care in the operating room. In this role, you will be an integral part of our surgical team, ensuring the environment is clean, safe, and efficient for optimal patient care.

  • Hours Per Week: 40
  • Sign-On Bonuses: $10,000 relocation bonus available and $2,000 sign-on bonus for PM shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a sterile environment by preparing surgical materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures, ensuring efficient workflow and anticipating needs.
  • Perform various patient positioning and transportation duties, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and report any issues promptly.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide appropriate care for patients of all ages.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
  • No prior experience required, though knowledge of aseptic techniques is beneficial.
  • Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, push/pull with 30 lbs of force, and stand or walk for extended periods.
