CTG is seeking to fill an eCommerce Account Manager position for our client.

Location: Morrisville, NC (Hybrid work model: 3 days in office / 2 remote, Mandatory in-office day: Tuesdays)
Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension

What You'll Do:
  • Manage day-to-day execution and partner relationships across assigned eCommerce accounts
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for partners, coordinating internally to resolve requests
  • Execute approved marketing campaigns, promotions, and merchandising initiatives
  • Ensure campaign assets and partner deliverables are accurate and on schedule
  • Track performance metrics (traffic, orders, revenue) and support reporting needs
  • Support special program initiatives, including store setup, training, and enablement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and CX teams
  • Identify risks, gaps, or execution issues and proactively escalate
What You Bring:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, eCommerce Operations, Digital Marketing, or Program Coordination
  • Experience supporting partner or client-facing accounts
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, online promotions, and campaign execution
  • Comfort working with performance data and basic reporting
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-first mindset
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Success Measures:
  • Revenue and profit growth across assigned eCommerce accounts.
  • Effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Adoption and contribution of special programs or initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and execute with speed and quality.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
