We seek talented engineers dedicated to crafting a seamless and user-friendly healthcare product. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, passionate about improving the patient experience, and capable of addressing complex operational challenges involved in scaling healthcare delivery. You will need to balance engineering quality with the speed of development, navigating through trade-offs effectively.

Our perfect fit is someone eager to learn, self-driven, and versatile. As a member of our team, you will frequently draft product requirements, analyze features with SQL, and take ownership of quality assurance. No task is too small if it contributes to building a remarkable product. You should thrive in an environment with ambiguity and enjoy collaborating with designers, operators, and clinical partners.

While prior healthcare experience is beneficial, it's not a requirement. We want you to be enthusiastic about exploring the intricate details of the American healthcare system, including EHR integration and revenue cycle management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a full-stack developer creating web applications.
  • Familiarity with modern infrastructure tools and programming languages. We currently utilize AWS, Ruby on Rails, and NextJS, and expect proficiency in a relevant tech stack even if it differs from ours.

Please note this position requires in-office work at least 3 days per week, based in either our San Francisco office (near Market and Spear St) or our Boston office (Central Square, Cambridge).
