Job Description:

This posting aims to identify candidates for future Estimator positions. While immediate hiring may not be available, we encourage you to submit your application for future consideration.

The Estimator plays a crucial role in delivering a remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities include estimating vehicle damages, coordinating repair needs, and providing timely updates to customers and insurance companies throughout the repair journey. By accurately assessing damages and documenting necessary repairs, you will significantly contribute to achieving our facility's key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Job Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions meticulously with essential details.
• Guide customers through the repair process, ensuring they receive top-notch service and timely information.
• Adhere to all insurance client requirements and operational metrics.
• Follow company protocols for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Effectively communicate customer needs and requests to the relevant team members.
• Convey positive energy while greeting customers in person and over the phone.
• Understand all necessary insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team as required.
• Support team members in their tasks when needed.
• Attend required Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Engage in recommended training sessions and workshops provided by the Store Manager.
• Meet and maintain store KPIs by maximizing your performance in this role.

Education and Experience Required

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and original equipment (OE) guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to effectively find necessary information and resources.
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in DRP compliance.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Compensation Details:

Commissions for this position are based on location and revenue metrics, sales, and individual performance, according to the terms of the plan.

Estimated $65,000 - $95,000 / Year

In circumstances where total compensation is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be recalculated to ensure compliance with local or state minimum wage laws.

Supplemental Pay:

This position may also qualify for bonus opportunities linked to individual or business initiatives.
