We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Associate (Entry Level) to join our rapidly expanding marketing and outreach team. About the Role

In this position, you will support brand initiatives, engage with the public, and assist with promotional and community outreach activities. You’ll learn the essentials of marketing, communication, event coordination, and brand representation while working closely with our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies for nonprofit partners and brand clients

  • Support promotional events, community outreach, and local marketing campaigns

  • Interact with attendees, answer questions, and communicate key campaign messages

  • Help prepare marketing materials, event displays, and on-site promotional setups

  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service during campaigns

  • Track engagement results and share feedback with the team

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly marketing goals

Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ with valid U.S. work authorization

  • Positive, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

  • Interest in marketing, branding, advertising, or community engagement

  • Bonus experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or volunteer work
