Role Overview:
The Senior Enterprise Account Manager at GTT plays a pivotal role in driving our enterprise sales initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and deepening our engagement with existing clients. Your ability to understand their challenges, devise tailored strategies, and connect their needs with GTT's comprehensive solutions is crucial for success.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Drive sales revenue by promoting GTT's solutions and services to targeted prospects through personal networks, direct outreach, and various communication channels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within a curated portfolio of multinational organizations.
- Analyze customer pain points and challenges, positioning GTT's solutions as strategic components for their success.
- Enhance relationships within existing clients to uncover further opportunities.
- Promote GTT's entire suite of offerings globally, including SD-WAN, Advanced Security, Professional Services, and global WAN connectivity.
- Build a robust prospect pipeline from the ground up, including re-engaging past and present clients.
- Leverage extensive marketing support to enhance prospecting efforts.
- Manage opportunities through all stages, from discovery to successful closure.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in strategic enterprise sales and account management.
- In-depth technical knowledge of global managed services including networking, cybersecurity, and SaaS.
- Ability to think critically, analyze data, and work collaboratively across functions.
- Experience in selling multisite global solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in solution selling, utilizing a Challenger sales approach.
- Confidence in engaging with C-level executives to translate business challenges into GTT solutions.
