What You'll Do

As a Life Skills Coach (LSC), you'll spend your time out in the community-not stuck behind a desk. You'll walk alongside clients where they live, work, and socialize, helping them build confidence and independence in their daily lives.

You'll serve as:

• A Partner - helping individuals lead independent, self-directed lives.
• A Teacher - using creativity to teach skills like cooking, budgeting, and communication.
• An Ambassador - fostering inclusion by connecting clients to their communities.
• An Advocate - supporting individuals in making choices and standing up for their rights
• A Supporter - encouraging personal goals and celebrating every milestone.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and dependable
• Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (preferred, not required)
• At least 21 years old
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and full insurance coverage
• Acceptable driving record (no DUIs)
