Boundless Care Inc. is looking for dedicated and experienced caregivers to join our team in San Jose, CA
You'll be assigned to one of our partner facilities that provides care and support to individuals with Developmental Disabilities (DD).
What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility).
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals and independence.
- Monitor, document, and report changes in condition or behavior to supervisors.
- Follow care plans as directed.
- Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
- Engage clients in recreational and social activities that enhance their well-being.
- Collaborate with facility staff and families to ensure the best quality of care.
- Experience working with adults or seniors with Developmental Disabilities (required).
- DSP 1 and DSP 2 certification.
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient personality.
- Active Home Care Aide (HCA) or willingness to register.
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete before start).
- TB test and background check required.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus (English/Spanish preferred).
- Supportive team environment.
