Finance Associate

Our client, located in Franklin, TN is looking to add a direct hire Finance Associate to their boutique wealth management team.
This position will support advisors with client service, financial planning preparation, and operational tasks. This role offers exposure to a broad range of planning functions and an opportunity for growth within a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare client meeting materials, maintain financial plans, and manage follow-up communications
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and CRM management
• Conduct research on investment and retirement planning strategies
• Act as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries and service coordination
• Provide backup coverage for key team functions during staff absences

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in financial planning or investment services
• Series 65 preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a client-service mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines with precision
