The Service Coordinator helps keep projects running smoothly and on track. This role supports Service Project Managers, Team Leads, and Director with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything organized - including tracking progress, maintaining documentation, handling data entry, filing photos, following up on tasks, and processing invoices. The position plays a key part in keeping operations efficient and enabling the team to deliver great service and support to customers.

Job Title: Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Assist with data entry, filing photos, follow-ups, and processing invoices.
  • Maintain organized project files and update databases as needed.
  • Communicate with internal teams to support smooth project execution.

Support management with other administrative tasks as required
