Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. This role involves working with Oracle Fusion Financials to design, develop, and deploy solutions that align with business requirements. The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring seamless integration and functionality within our financial systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Experience in designing technical components to meet business requirements
  • Proficiency in developing custom reports, interfaces, and integrations using Oracle Fusion technologies
  • Experience managing data migration activities using tools like FBDI and HDL
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Oracle Fusion modules
  • Ability to collaborate with functional leads and analysts for technical alignment
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Expertise in payroll processing for US and Mexico associates
  • Experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and related configurations
  • Knowledge of maintaining company structures and recruitment processes
  • Experience configuring business rules and workflows
  • Familiarity with Kronos workforce central
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of Oracle Fusion solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless system integration
  • Provide hands-on development and deployment support
  • Estimate technical efforts and prototype solutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
