What You'll Do:

  • Greet visitors and answer calls with a friendly, professional manner, ensuring everyone feels welcome.
  • Diligently follow company procedures for office administration, hospitality, and travel coordination.
  • Maintain organized records, manage supplies, and keep common areas tidy and ready for use.
  • Support teams by handling administrative tasks with accuracy and care.
  • Coordinate facility repairs, group lunches, and travel arrangements, always adhering to established guidelines.
  • Proactively report issues and suggest improvements to make our processes even better.
Requirements
  • Dependable, conscientious, and enjoy working within clear guidelines.
  • Friendly, helpful attitude and enjoy supporting others.
  • Attention to detail and take pride in accuracy.
  • Proven Experience with Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
  • Experience with carrying out multiple duties with varying deadlines.
