We are currently looking for passionate Shift Leaders to join our team We are hiring for FULL positions

Shift Leaders play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the restaurant focused on delivering sales and profit results through Heartfelt Guest Service, people, and operations. Operating under the direction of the General and Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders assist with directly managing a shift of Team Members to drive key performance outcomes and effectively run restaurant operations.

For this position we required candidate safe certified.

  • Weekend and evening availability required
  • Past leadership experience preferred, but not required

  • 3+ years of management/shift leading experience provide reference
