Schedule: 3:00pm - 1:30am, Monday - Thursday (overtime as needed on Fridays)
Pay Rate: $26.25 - $33.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain inventory of replacement parts and minimize downtime during repairs.
  • Assist in developing and documenting preventative maintenance programs.
  • Support custom equipment design, fabrication, and assembly fixture setup.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Safety, and Materials) to improve processes.
  • Complete detailed shift reports and promote a strong culture of safety.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance or mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Forklift operation experience required; machine shop experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and assembly line operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
