This position reports to the Sales Training Manager and will work in the Elkhart, IN office.

- Optimize Product Training Academy engagement among all end-user groups.
- Build, test, maintain and enhance LMS curriculum working with internal groups as well as through collaboration with other divisions and integration of industry best practice.
- Support launch activities for Technical Training go-live.
- LMS curriculum development
- LMS user analytics
- LMS launch support
- Training gap analysis
The Dometic Internship Program is a professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical work related to a student's field of study or career interest. Our program gives students the opportunity to collaborate with team members, have a meaningful project that allows you to have impact, career exploration and development, learn new skills, and get to know other interns.
The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualifications and experiences:
- Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience developing training curriculum with LMS software. Familiarity with PowerBI a bonus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Outgoing personality that enjoys connecting with people
- Knowledge of RV's and and/or experience RVing would be considered an asset
