As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the strategic leader for complex reconstruction projects, overseeing all phases from initiation to closeout. You will be the central point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
You Will:- Lead multiple, large-scale reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Champion jobsite safety with inspections, compliance enforcement, and culture-building
- Oversee quality control, field operations, and subcontractor performanceDevelop and manage detailed budgets, schedules, and construction estimates
- Drive effective client communication and build long-term partnerships
- Represent Reconstruction Experts at client meetings, inspections, and community engagements
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and field teams members
- Monitor risk management, contract compliance, and change orders
- 57+ years of construction or reconstruction experience, including managing complex, high-value projects
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Excel, Word Revu Bluebeam, and Outlook
- Deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, safety, and regulatory standards
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with Design-Build delivery methods (preferred)
- High School Diploma (required); College Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
