Job SummaryQuickparts is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our digital manufacturing products, including our online quoting and e-commerce portal, custom CPQ, and MES integrations. In this role, you will build and scale products that span the entire manufacturing lifecyclefrom RFQ to order to fulfillmentdirectly impacting how engineers, manufacturers, and internal teams work every day.
You will operate at the intersection of digital workflows and physical production, delivering tools that simplify complex manufacturing, connect core systems, and make custom production faster, more transparent, and more scalable. This role is ideal for a product leader energized by impact, who thrives in complexity, and is passionate about transforming how teams and customers bring ideas to life.
???? Key Responsibilities- Set the vision and define the roadmap for online quoting, e-commerce, custom CPQ, and MES integrations.
- Align product outcomes to business goals, including growth, win rates, quote-to-order speed, and margin expansion.
- Act as the voice of the customer while balancing the needs of global teams across multiple facilities and regions.
- Lead make?vs?buy decisions by analyzing capability gaps, evaluating vendors, and building strong business cases with clear ROI.
- Deliver impactful products continuously: write product briefs, define requirements, and prioritize backlogs to maximize value.
- Run Agile ceremonies with developers, partnering closely with technical teams to ship high?quality features on a regular cadence.
- Simplify quoting by streamlining configuration, pricing, and approvals to reduce rework and improve conversion rates.
- Ensure seamless data flow and integrations across core systems, including ERP (NetSuite), CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), MES, and analytics platforms.
- Translate complex operational workflows into clear, scalable product capabilities that support manufacturing, sales, and operations.
- Elevate user experience by making workflows simpler and more intuitive for customers, while providing Sales, Program Management, and Operations with powerful tools to work smarter and faster.
- Use data as a compass: track funnel metrics, attach rates, lead times, margins, and system stability to guide priorities and trade?offs.
- Define and monitor key product KPIs, leveraging insights to iterate, optimize, and demonstrate measurable business impact.
- Champion product adoption by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to launch new tools and features effectively.
- Lead enablement efforts, including training, documentation, and communication, to ensure successful rollout and sustained usage.
- Drive change management that sticks, helping teams adapt to new digital workflows and ways of working.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering high?impact B2B platforms.
- Experience with manufacturing technology, CPQ/e?commerce, or workflow?heavy systems is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing the full product lifecyclefrom discovery and definition through launch and iterationwith measurable business results.
- Strong systems mindset, with comfort working with integrations, APIs, and complex operational workflows.
- Familiarity with ERP (e.g., NetSuite), CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce), MES, and digital quoting/checkout flows.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build alignment across technical and non?technical stakeholders.
- Hands?on Agile/Scrum experience working directly with development teams.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- This role may be performed remotely within the U.S. or in a hybrid capacity from Seattle, WA.
- Occasional travel to Quickparts facilities, vendors, customer sites, or team events may be required.
