It is just Day 1 for Amazon devices and we are looking for proven, customer-centric product leaders to help continue to innovate and grow our device business.
The Senior Manager, Product Management will drive business growth and monetization strategies across our product portfolio. They will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, leading cross-functional initiatives, and optimizing revenue opportunities. This leader will build and manage strategic marketing programs, analyze market dynamics, and create compelling value propositions that resonate with customers.
Key responsibilities include developing monetization frameworks, creating offerings and high-impact marketing campaigns, and establishing metrics-driven approaches to measure success. The role requires close collaboration with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and achievement of revenue targets.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in product marketing, business strategy, and monetization models. They should have a proven track record of launching successful products, developing pricing strategies, and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen are essential, as this leader will need to translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions for enterprise customers.
This is a strategic leadership role that requires both hands-on execution and the ability to influence across multiple teams. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
