Position: Administrative Assistant III
Location: Primarily at Skokie Hospital
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: 8:00am 4:30pm hours may flex based on department needs
Required Travel: Travel to Highland Park and Glenbrook Hospitals may be required

Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor Degree preferred
Certification: N/A
Experience: 3-5 years of experience
Skills: Typing, Virtual Meeting Media Platforms, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
A Brief Overview:
What You Will Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Medicine at Skokie Hospital
Provide Administrative Support to Department Leaders (Vice Chair and Division Chief of Pain Medicine) managing their schedules, correspondence, and communications.
Coordinate and Manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Monthly Hiring, Onboarding and Orienting of Anesthesia Trainees (SRNAs and Residents)
Manage Anesthesia Trainee Schedules
Collect and Process Self-pay and Cosmetic Anesthesia Payments for Offsite Surgical Center
Collaborate with financial services and billing departments to resolve patient payment inquiries
Submit Provider Reimbursements and Departmental Invoices
Basic Administrative Duties (answer phone, schedule department meetings)
Coordinate large department events, workshops, and business lunches/dinners.
Other duties as assigned
