Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of Uline's Corporate Accounting team, emphasizing robust internal controls and streamlined processes.

  • Manage essential Accounting functions including fixed assets, leases, cost accounting, freight, and cash management.

  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, guaranteeing precise and prompt financial reporting.

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • CPA designation with at least 5 years of related Accounting experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership capabilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Oracle G/L or similar software is a plus.
