8 to 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect for the ServiceNow implementation. Should lead architecture discussions as Supplier Portal representative. Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interface integrations with multiple service portal systems. Worked on Requirement gathering, provided a solution from end to end through ServiceNow applications, helped the development team to prepare the design document, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance, and worked with the process owner to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories

ESSENTIAL_SKILLS
