Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Solution Architect with 8-10 years of hands-on experience leading ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will serve as the Source-to-Pay (S2P) representative, driving architectural discussions, guiding solution design, and ensuring successful integration with multiple financial systems. This role requires both strong technical acumen and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and design discussions as the S2P representative to ensure alignment between business requirements and ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules and integrations with financial and enterprise systems.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate functional needs into technical specifications.
  • Develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with the development team to create design documents, oversee development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards across ServiceNow implementations.
  • Work closely with process owners to define and refine the product roadmap, prioritizing user stories and feature enhancements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members and support continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills & Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience as a Solution Architect in ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, module customization, and workflow automation.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations involving multiple financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday, Coupa, etc.).
  • Proficient in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes, ServiceNow best practices, and enterprise data integration principles.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications (CIS, CAD, CTA).
  • Experience in S2P process automation or procurement systems.
  • Strong background in financial workflows and enterprise integration patterns.
