An employer is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to come and join a cutting-edge AI delivery project within the Utility industry. You will be responsible for gathering requirements with AI-powered automation, creating process models using intelligent workflows, documenting and validating needs using AI tools. Youll play a critical role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the platform delivers real value to all stakeholders

- 6+ years of experience in operating in a Sr. Business Analyst role
- Experience with Power Platform, BI Dashboards, and Workflow Automation
- Expertise in gathering requirements across multiple business users and stakeholders
- Ability to get exactly what you need to keep moving the needle on the project and communicate effectively to get that done
- Expertise with documenting project requirements and validate needs using AI tools; such as anthropic Claude
- Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical team members
