WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

As our Service Coordinator we value your hard work and dedication, so we offer a salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

In addition to competitive pay and fantastic benefits, this full-time Service Coordinator position offers a consistent schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Each day, you dive into the world of customer needs, scheduling service calls and gathering essential information to ensure our technicians are equipped to tackle any challenge. You strategically plan and route our expert team with precision and efficiency, matching their skills to customer requirements in our cutting-edge systems. Your response time is impeccable as you swiftly address technician requests, keeping operations running smoothly. By maintaining our Dispatch Board diligently, you fill appointment gaps proactively, maximizing efficiency and keeping our Field Service Managers in the loop. WHAT'S REQUIRED?
  • 5+ years experience supporting a service industry
  • Experience in industrial refrigeration is a plus
