Additional Comments
We are looking for someone with some experience in hardware tracking but not necessarily in the semiconductor field, just aware of the process. Will help to train on specific client's processes. Will consider a more senior level person ''Electronic Lab Technician - 2'' if experience and skills better match our needs.

Job Description

  • Responsible for hardware room inventory control check in/Check out process.
  • Maintain, inventory and control of offsite and onsite hardware.
  • Work with the various Clients departments to receive and ship hardware to vendors and Clients Offshore operation sites.
  • Assist and work with other team members and engineering personnel to ensure all paperwork is in proper order for shipment and generate appropriate shipping documentation.
  • Monitor hardware inventory and report discrepancies (damaged, missing items, etc.) when appropriate to Clients personnel and management.
  • Work with other team members to resolve hardware issues regarding replacement or missing items.
  • Work with other hardware room personnel and Clients's Shipping and receiving team to prepare hardware for shipping to various vendors for repair.
  • Work to help drive future improvements to Clients's Test Floor environment.
  • Must be willing and able to lift hardware sometimes weighing 35 lbs.
  • Must be willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast pace, team-oriented working environment.

Required Skills
  • Proficient with inventory controls (tracking).
  • Proficient with MS office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • General administrative skills (paperwork, filing)
  • Good communication skills

Required Education:
  • Associate Degree in Technology from vocational school or other accredited two-year program.

Desired Skills:
  • Proficient with inventory controls (tracking).

Desired Education:
  • Associate Degree in Engineering Technology from vocational school or other two-year accredited program.

Desired Years of Experience:
At least 1-3 years of related professional experience.
