  • Location: Rapid City, SD 57701
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks
  • Traveler pay package: $2250/week
  • OT Rate: $$60/hour(After 40hours)
  • Start Date - 08/25/2025
  • Shift: Days
  • Shift Notes: 5*8/ Rotating/Noweekend/Holiday rotation coverage
  • On-Call Requirements: None

  • 1+ years' experience and must be willing to float.
  • Covid Card - preferred
  • Palliative Care experience - Required
  • BLS - Required
  • Do you need any requested time off? - Please mention(Max 5 RTOs)
  • LPN NH or Compact License and BLS(AHA) -Required
  • DL - Required
  • Two Supervisory references- Name, Facility, Position, and Duration of work
