Apply today and help us ensure every employee is covered. This is a contract position expected to be approximately 6 months in duration, which has flexible hours. The role would range between 15-30 hours/week. This role requires being local to EST and work within regular business hours. **High preference will be placed on candidates local to MA, with familiarity with state laws and the ability to transition to onsite if needed.** Requirements: 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred), Experience in startup or high growth environments
salary: $40 - $45 per hour

Responsibilities
-Manage the day-to-day administration of all U.S. health and welfare plans (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, commuter, wellness, and supplemental benefits).
-Handle all employee benefits life cycle events, including enrollments, terminations, and eligibility updates.
-Liaise with carriers, brokers, and employees for any issues
-Maintain and update all benefits documentation and communication
-Conduct frequent audits in both carrier systems and internal HRIS
-Ensure data integrity and compliance across all benefit systems.
-Act as the primary administrative support for the company's full benefits portfolio.
-Support payroll deductions and verification/reconciliation of invoices
