This is a contract position expected to be approximately 6 months in duration, which has flexible hours and requires an onsite/hybrid presence. Qualifications: -3+ years of experience in benefits administration supporting HRBPs and HR management -Experience in benefits management and LOAs -Compliance experience -Proven ability to manage HRIS systems, Dayforce preferred but not required

salary: $40 - $47 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 2 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of all U.S. health and welfare plans (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, commuter, wellness, and supplemental benefits).
  • Handle all employee benefits life cycle events, including enrollments, terminations, and eligibility updates.
  • Liaise with carriers, brokers, and employees for any issues
  • Maintain and update all benefits documentation and communication
  • Conduct frequent audits in both carrier systems and internal HRIS
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance across all benefit systems.
  • Act as the primary administrative support for the company's full benefits portfolio.
  • Support payroll deductions and verification/reconciliation of invoices
