We're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC & Restaurant Service Technician who takes pride in doing the job right. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems - including restaurant refrigeration and cooking equipment - ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation for our customers. You'll also have the chance to install new systems, lead small projects, and provide professional recommendations that make a difference for our clients.

**Qualified Candidates Are Eligible for a Sign-On Bonus Up to $4,000**
What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial and restaurant HVAC/refrigeration systems
  • Accurately diagnose issues and communicate repair or replacement recommendations
  • Perform equipment installations and replacements
  • Review and interpret wiring diagrams and system schematics
  • Ensure work meets company and local code standards
  • Document service findings, repairs, and parts used
  • Collaborate with team members and mentor apprentices as needed
What You Bring
  • EPA Type II or Universal Certification (required)
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 2+ years of HVAC experience in commercial or restaurant environments
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and refrigeration cycles
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work at heights, and maneuver in tight spaces
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
