As an Associate Mental Health Counselor, you will thrive in a supportive environment that prioritizes your growth and development, focusing on collaborative teamwork. Our leadership and supervision opportunities allow you to shape your career while guiding aspiring mental health providers.
Now through December 31, 2025, a $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for newly hired therapists
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for clients and families, creating an inviting atmosphere for diverse backgrounds.
- Provide personalized outpatient therapy tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering resilience and healing.
- Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to empower clients in their mental health journeys.
- Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance overall client care.
- Ensure the timely completion of documentation, treatment plans, and billing, maintaining high professional standards.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- Provisional license as required by state regulations.
- A strong passion for mental health and dedication to providing top-quality care.
- Committed to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
- Eager to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
- Strong ethical commitment to confidentiality and professional standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to efficiently complete administrative tasks.
