In this role, you will be in an environment that promotes growth and allows both you and your clients to thrive. Our clinics foster a supportive space where you can practice therapeutic techniques and gain the skills necessary to make a difference in our diverse local community. Licensed Therapists will have the freedom to personalize their practice while receiving invaluable support from our clinical and administrative teams. Leadership and mentoring opportunities provide a path for career advancement and the chance to guide the next generation of mental health professionals.
As an added incentive, we are offering a $2500 sign-on bonus for therapists who join us before December 31, 2025
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct strength-based and culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and their families, ensuring a welcoming environment for those from diverse backgrounds.
- Provide individualized outpatient therapy for both individuals and families, catering to their unique needs and fostering healing and resilience.
- Develop crisis plans, safety protocols, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to empower clients throughout their mental health journey.
- Engage in productive case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, sharing your expertise to enhance overall client care.
- Complete all billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations promptly, upholding the highest professional standards.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to provide a comprehensive approach to mental health care.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- Possession of or eligibility for provisional licensure as per state requirements.
- A strong educational background leading towards professional licensing.
- Deep passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Dedication to continuous professional development, including free supervision and opportunities for further education.
- A desire to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve client outcomes.
- Strong ethical standards and dedication to maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication abilities to build rapport with clients and families.
- Effective time management skills to ensure timely completion of documentation and administrative functions.
