Forklift Operator- $23-25/hr

Job Description

As a Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate receipt and shipment of parts. You will verify part marks and quantities against paperwork, process transactions electronically, and package parts according to guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Verify parts and quantity of parts with receipt/shipping paperwork.

  • Electronically process transactions using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and stage items on designated carts/racks.

  • Package parts following Material Handling Guidelines, kitting requirements, and kit boxes.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S methodology and safety principles.

Essential Skills

  • 1+ year experience with reach truck or stand up forklift operation.

  • Experience in order picking and processing.

  • Experience with hand held scanners or computers.

  • Experience working within a distribution setting is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
