Marketing Liaison - High-End Concierge Home Care

Are you an experienced healthcare or social work professional with a passion for building relationships? We are seeking a Marketing Liaison to connect with social workers, case managers, and discharge planners in Manhattan and Brooklyn. This is an exciting opportunity to earn a base salary plus uncapped commission.

Role Overview:

Your primary goal is to educate these professionals about our services and act as a key facilitator of home care support for their patients. You will build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other organizations that support individuals with home care needs.

Responsibilities:

- Identify key referral sources at hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and other organizations with patients in need of home care services.

- Build and maintain relationships with individuals at multiple levels within these organizations.

- Welcome and support new clients through our onboarding process.

- Work closely with our Client Services and Staffing teams to ensure our clients receive the services they need.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.

- Preferred minimum of three years of experience in healthcare or social work.

- Experience in the New York City healthcare market.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Sharp, fast, empathetic, ambitious, and growth-oriented.
