SNF Marketer- Outside Liaison

We are looking for a ROCKSTAR Marketer who would like to join our ever growing team. This position requires an upbeat and innovative personality who can think outside the box with a strong desire to achieve results in a highly competitive market.
SNF Marketer
Candidates must possess 1-2yrs. prior experience in long-term care setting or a closely related field. The Marketer/Outside Liaison markets the facility to hospital care management teams and to the community. Employees must possess knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and major insurances. Must be able to review PRIs. Must be familiar with Federal/NYS skilled nursing facility regulations & reimbursement systems. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and work with others in a cooperative manner. Must possess the ability to develop and foster relationships with prospective families. Must possess the ability to maintain an excellent rapport and provide support to care management departments with regard to resident recommendations for patient care as necessary. Must possess the ability to coordinate all Admissions and oversee the Admissions Department when necessary. Candidates should be familiar with referral databases including Navihealth and Allscripts.
Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is a plus.
