We are seeking a sensational LCSW Supervisor at our Midlothian Clinic

This role has a clear career growth path

This is a wonderful opportunity for an LCSW therapist with some management level experience looking to grow into advanced positions. The ideal candidate will:

Be a flexible, self-starter comfortable working in a high paced, changing start up clinic.

Have experience working in a fee-or-service private practice clinical supervisor level-role.

Have experience providing clinical supervision to MSW/LMSW therapists.

Be comfortable maintaining a weekly patient load of 22-25 Clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

Support hiring and onboarding of all new hires, ensuring all re1uired clinical and operational policies and procedures are taught and followed.

Hold Staff accountable for meeting performance expectations.

Manage staff performance, including implementing Performance Coaching, Growth Action Plans and termination as needed.

Create and sustain an atmosphere that fosters collaboration, inclusion and growth.

Provide clinical oversight to the clinic's mental health practitioners and professionals, including signing clinical documentation.

Collaborate with Owners and Corporate Staff to implement strategies for fiscal and clinical efficiency.
