We (Our Client) are currently looking for a Investment banking specialist to join their team in Houston, TX and would be responsible to Lead evaluation and execution of acquisition and divestiture transactions.
Job role: Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst
Job location: Houston, TX
Job type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base salary up to $105K + Bonus + Benefits
Roles & responsibilities.
* Lead evaluation and execution of acquisition and divestiture transactions.
* Support transactions throughout the deal lifecycle including financial modeling, analysis and due diligence.
* Perform valuation and analysis of transaction targets.
* Collaborate with senior business leaders to produce joint recommendations.
We would love to hear from you if :
* You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
* You have over 3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking.
* You have a good proficiency in Excel.
